- 43 mm inverted forks beef up front end rigidity and remote reservoir piggyback rear shocks, tuned for city riding with increased travel and reduced cavitation to maintain consistent suspension performance and the riders path through the corners.

- Rake and trail optimized for nimble maneuvering
- Performance styled tail section with two piece, two up seat, aluminum foot pegs and new, stylized swing arm with race oval indentations.

More power: High Output Revolution® X 750cc Engine
- Increased air flow for more power.
- The High Output Revolution® X 750cc Engine features dual 42mm diameter openings in the new dual throttle body. (XG750 has a single 38mm opening)
- Larger intake port increase 1.5 mm. Air Intake - More intake volume allows higher air flow at higher speeds.
- Increased the engine RPM to a higher redline.
- XG750A delivers 67.7HP at 8750 RPM. Red Line is 9000.
- The new engine utilizes higher compression pistons than XG which contribute to the increased horsepower and torque
- Cam change - The intake valve lift increased from 9mm to 9.8mm
- Exhaust valve lift increased from 9mm to 9.2mm
- The new cam design provides not only increased valve lift but also longer duration to maximize the breathing when charging hard through the corners
- Changed internal components, adding a higher compression piston
- Increased compression – XG750 compression is 11.4:1, while the XG750A has been bumped up to 12.1:
- larger intake ports increased by 1.5mm
- Increased performance with added durability: new valve material to resist higher temperatures, and stronger piston design, beefed up to withstand higher compression
- Higher grade roller bearing on rocker arm (roller follower) higher grade, larger diameter bearing. Helps survive at higher engine speed and higher cam lift.
- Coatings on the piston ring and pin for reduced friction and increased durability. DLC “Diamond Like Carbon” coating, similar use for racing spec engines.
